At Hoodies For Heroes Smile Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't make you smile, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely package your hoodie in its original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
